Overall things have improved dramatically and the organization is well positioned to take advantage of the strange dynamics that exist in the data storage industry today. There is a LOT of upside, and the majority of people care deeply.

There are still some pockets of resistance and some places in Spectra that can't seem to accept working on a team without having to control everything. That type of attitude is declining thankfully.
