Extremely high turnover. Bad pay, benefits. Management appears arrogant and unconcerned for individual employees. They give lip service to relationships and values, but act in the opposite way. Upper level management consists of relatives and personal friends of the CEO. None of them have earned their position and most do not have the right personality and/or skill set to be successful. the company survives only because the CEO is able to sell. It cannot survive after he leaves.
