Nothing at all...no..not at all

Inconvénients

-They will bound you.. take advantage of your exigency(Give less salary and bound to bond). - Always favoritism.. you have to flatter your Manager(Team Lead) so that he can be pleased. - No good things for hard worker you will not be praised for your work until and unless you flatter your manager. - You will not get a work of your profile that's why they make a bond and bound you for long stay till then your work profile get worsen and you will forget your past knowledge and experience even if you ask for the profile job you want it will be promised to wait 2 or 3 months to get the job profile type work but these promises are fake. - And the worst thing is they do this intentionally.

Dear Ex employee , Please be noted that we had been in industry from more than 12 years now , but being as leading company in this industry we assure good benefits in the interest of our employee's .
