A hardly team of 3. No Developers too. - If this was the case we would have never hired you to sit idle and doing nothing. We are a growing company and don't want to show fake promises and we are in a range of 11 - 50 Employees. 3) If you are Girl you will be selected without work - You was not in Managment and you can't judge on hiring decision that we are gender biased here.
