Avantages
It's easy to move up the ladder, when the ladders moving down...just kidding, there is little advancement here. Most of the people here have been here forever because they can't go anywhere else.
Inconvénients
Very cliquish...Most of the people here have been here since time began, and have no concept of other products. Lots of ex-nurses whose qualifications were simply having used SL monitors now in decision making roles. Reminds me of Jack in the Beanstalk, cause OSI gave them some $ to build monitors and they used it all to build an anesthesia machine that nobody wants. Meanwhile their monitors are 20 years old, and it's too late to catch up.
