Avantages
- Remote friendly workplace. - Decent documentation, great data team. - Good entry-level experience for someone who has a decent understanding of IT and a few certifications. - Helpful colleagues willing to answer questions about a client you may not be familiar with. - Great coordinating staff. - Fun coworkers.
Inconvénients
- Frequent changes in supervisors. - Dishonest management. - Often low call volume makes filling your timesheets with any billable time occasionally difficult. - Overwhelming amount of T1 tickets, less T2/3 tickets as the majority of calls come from a large online school. Even when working your way to higher-level tickets, they are unavoidable. - High turnover for engineers.
