Openly gossipy, cliquish, & an active hostile work environment enabled & allowed by senior staff, the CEO, & the entire finance department, poor accounting practices, antiquated processes, selective reporting, & in general, everything bad about a non-profit anyone has ever assumed that has been doing less with more for decades, by choice, to keep the funder happy, & open to such extortion with no qualms.
