      Avantages

      - Nice office - My direct managers were all 10/10 - Free food/drinks - Yearly "wellness" bonus - good community of people

      Inconvénients

      - the levels of management above my manager were opaque and stubborn in their business decisions. - i was unfairly and illegally dismissed during the last layoffs - if you like regular layoffs, this is the place to work - communication/expectation from higher management was unrealistic

      The culture is great; everyone who works there truly cares about keeping the product alive. The people who work here are great people overall too

      Resources are really limited, there's often a lot of organization change. strategy changes really quickly without structure
