Avantages
The only reason that I found best is the flexible timings. Good Enough for engineers to learn basics like C, C++ and OS concepts
Inconvénients
Work here is at Testing , Execution and Maintenance (TEM ). But while giving interviews , the interviewer would ask each and every details about the components ( e.g Graphics , Multimedia , Codecs etc ). I dont know why they ask so much questions when the work is into TEM.
