      Avantages

      Pay is at least competitive with non-subcontractor employees

      Inconvénients

      Missed my paycheck a couple of times, non-existent communication, terrible benefits, their only responsibility is to pay you and even they mess that up.

      Avantages

      Solved allowed me the opportunity to get electric and gas utility experience. It's very challenging to get into the market. They gave me the chance to work in a fun and team-oriented environment that I call my friends

      Inconvénients

      There are no issues that I can think of. Solved is a growing company.
