Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Great technology. Solid growth in sales and employees. Good people to work with. The management tries to do the right thing and most often does. Their CEO (Fabio Esposito) is very people oriented as well as focused on the bottom line. Small company but part of an industry leader (Stratasys). They do their own manufacturing here in NH.
Inconvénients
Not enough people ready to assume leadership positions. As the company grows they don't have enough people ready to assume mid management and project leadership positions. Finding engineering talent in New Hampshire is difficult.
