Avantages
Really good place to work, supportive, lots of growth opportunities. You'll be surrounded by technically gifted people and you get out what you put in.
Inconvénients
A little disorganised at times, conflicting policies when they are documented, confusing and downright backwards decisions when they aren't written down. It's not the worst place but getting your voice heard as a lower level employee is hard because the company is very driven from the US from a decision making perspective and it's extremely hierarchical/protective and adheres to the "stick to your lane/fall in line style of management". It's a con depending on how you like to be lead. It doesn't mean you can't have an impact, you can, it's just hard if you're looking for autonomy and flexibility.
