Avantages
-Small, agile, fun team of highly motivated individuals. -Lots of opportunity to collaborate and lead at all levels within Solar Engine; entire team is heavily involved in shaping strategy. -Feels like a startup within a larger company with ample exposure to leadership of parent company. -Opportunity to quickly learn a lot about solar. -Exciting industry (solar) that is growing and rapidly changing; Solar Engine is flexible enough to be able to quickly adapt.
Inconvénients
-Management at parent company has many priorities so if an action item relating Solar Engine must be filtered up to parent company, it can take time to get a clear decision about path forward.
