Thank you for comments and feedback - I hope and trust you have found another great place to work and are finding your happiness. Reflecting on your comments, unfortunately there will always be processes in any company that are repetitive, we make no excuses for this and we endeavour as much as possible to ensure that they are executed in a world class way, with constant improvements. As we evolve we hope to automate some processes and allow our people to deliver more value added work - this is the nature of evolving and growing a service led technology business and we embrace it. Having said that, politics should not exist in the company - it is not in line with our Core Values and is not healthy for the business or our people - I see that you worked for us in India and although I would never excuse the presence of politics, we have been growing so fast there that perhaps these are more reflective of growing pains. In any case, I will make sure we focus on this with the local teams and continue to promote and drive the values to ensure this is addressed. Thank you again. John.
