Hey - thanks for taking the time to feedback. We have dedicated onboarding plans and training that takes our CSS teams through to Inside Sales / Fields Sales or a technical path - so I am really surprised you are not seeing this. This should definitely not be the case - perhapsyou can reach out to your Local HRD or CCOE Leader to speak to them as we want all of our employees to be the best they can and develop.
