Avantages

I really enjoy the majority of people I work with, everyone is intelligent and gets along very well. Great entry-point into the industry.

Inconvénients

the culture used to be great, however upper management does not seem committed to it now. there used to be many opportunities to grow and even craft your own role, but it seems like no one wants to rock the boat or fight for good people to move up/into other positions. Many managers are unnecessary to the organization. Leadership seems to only value the opinions of a few select people.
