- A lot of good people trying to make it work - Foosball table.. I guess?

- Toxic upper management culture - High pressure environment - Lack of leadership, plenty of bosses - Internal bureaucracy hinders BU independence and development - You are paid to do as you are told, not to think - Outdated/risky product technology - Salaries are not competitive - Poor benefit package (available ones are a smoke screen) - WFH at risk
