      paid is barely competitive (decent for juniors) dont expect grow in the company dont paid extras dont have interesting benefits if the company have problems, they lower salary

      Compañerismo y personas buenas, pizza cada trimestre, galletas, agua fría o caliente

      Inconvénients

      Salarios totalmente injustos o desproporcionados , nula posibilidad de crecer profesionalmente, salarios estancados hace más de 2 años, a los ingenieros les pagan muy mal.

      Esto es en softland argentina, muy buen ambiente laboral lo mejor que tienen, la gente es increible, las fiestas igual, las tareas del dia a dia son llevaderas

      Inconvénients

      El sueldo es muy bajo, incluso con aumentos sigue aiendo bajo
