Avantages
Candidly, there is nothing positive or differential about this place.
Inconvénients
The management is a challenge starting with , the C suite downstream. Middle management changed multiple times while I was there.
The ceo, to be blunt, is a con man. He talks about wanting to do things the right way, but doesn’t lead by example. I’m not sure that he fully understands the business he is in, or customer service. Additionally the people he surrounds himself with have the same outlook.
The sales department is a just as unethical. There are executives that record clients and prospects without their consent while on site.
From a cultural value point of view, the pressure to get the deal is more important than satisfying the client. There is no concern for successfully completing a project, just a focus on grabbing a quick buck.
During my time there, we were unable to provide one reference client to a prospect. One of the executives offered to have a previous client at a previous employer as a reference.
There is no HR team, benefits are expensive, and the onboarding process is completely undefined.
The recruitment process is a horrid as well. They try to apply bulky tactics to get candidates to sign up quickly. It’s really a red flag that some and we’re not transparent on basic information.
I.E. company revenue, number of clients, or average sale. All of these items were misrepresented to me in the recruitment.
