      Avantages

      Veel ruimte om je te ontwikkelen. Er worden kansen geboden. Je krijgt mogelijkheden om trainingen te volgen. Je mag direct veel ondernemen om bestaande en nieuwe klanten te bedienen.

      Inconvénients

      Bij Snakeware zien ze iedereen vanaf dag 1 voor volwaardig en gelijkwaardig aan, dit schept naast veel ruimte ook wel hoge verwachtingen en dat brengt dan wel weer druk met zich mee.

      Avantages

      Very fun to work at. The people are kind, fun and passionate about their craft. It's always pleasant to be at work.

      Inconvénients

      Lacks clear goals and direction, and the business processes to achieve those. Management is too hands-off.

      Can be nice projects. Good support for school related tasks.

      Inconvénients

      During internship there were quite a few toxic people. Didn't take public transport into consideration when having to leave a little earlier..
