      Avantages

      Dynamic team and fun work environment. There is room for children to play, when you have to look after kid. Then you can bring kid to work and they can play in that room.

      Inconvénients

      Some months salary will be late. Due to long term projects and when project is successfully finished every member gets bonuses, But only if project succeedes.

      Avantages

      Smartlink does well on their part to ensure that every employee is taken care of. They take their employees out to lunch, they send out birthday cards, they ask about the job they hold and whether or not it is a good fit.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is not so good, but for an entry level job it is.
