Inconvénients
Skilltech's culture; they don't respect or appreciate their field staff. That's reflected in everything they do. Field staff are often blamed when something goes wrong. Management don't take safety seriously; they do the bare minimum. Management don't genuinely listen to staff. Management training for field staff is inadequate. You will only get a pay rise if the government makes it compulsory. Management want an increasing amount of work done in the same amount of time but will not pay for it i.e. there is no performance pay incentive. Management has a one-way street attitude. They shout office staff to Christmas meal but literally, give field staff nothing. Not even a Christmas card. Long service means nothing to management. The only thing that counts is how much work you did yesterday or today. No one cares about the service and effort you've put into the company. It counts for nothing.
