Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Solid pay, motivated management, plenty of resources, great product, big addressable market, open to feedback, room to grow.
Inconvénients
Typical startup cons. Many little things need to optimized/implemented. Marketing/sales need to be in more alignment. RevOps has a bunch of things to fix/improve. The company is still trying to standardize sales process, onboarding, overall sales setup. There are many parts of the sales organization that need to standardize, but that's what happens when a Startup is growing fast. These areas are all constantly being improved upon, but if you're coming from a well-oiled machine, think about if you want to jump into a true startup enviornment
