      ERP system should be updated to meet needs (but is not useless) Varied experience amongst management team Stability can breed complacency

      Avantages

      They recognize hard workers and everyone is willing to work with each other in my department

      Inconvénients

      Territory has grown in last 5 years and it is hard to give the same service I gave 5 years ago as I am stretched thin. Travel is more frequent.
