Avantages
This was an amazing place if you were part of the ride before the infosys acquisition, and arguably a year or two after... This review is reflective of the current state (through May/June 2024)
Inconvénients
Toxic culture coming from the top down. I feel bad for the new Simplus "President"... he just walked into a dumpster fire. There are just a lot better places to work. Simplus is going to get squeezed for whatever $$$ Infosys can until it's able to write it off completely. It's a shame what has happened to the legacy of a once former champion in the Salesforce consulting ecosystem. Run away if you can, and start looking if you haven't... Good luck to any of the remaining good folks. This would make for a great case study of what NOT to do with an acquisition.
