      Avantages

      They have a small break room and sometimes they have cereal, candy bars and soda

      Inconvénients

      There is no job security at this place. Just because they are a start up they feel they can screw with people's life by hiring them and letting them go the next month. They want to sell you the idea they are building a company for everyone but the truth is you are just one more employee who will get fired if you are no longer needed. People in Management have "VP" titles with a team of less than 10. Don't expect to get any support on the technical aspect from your boss because you most likely won't have someone who is technical enough to teach you anything.

      It's never our goal to hire and then let someone good shortly after. I'm sorry this was your experience. I really do care about every single employee and will do everything in my power to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your feedback

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      Inconvénients

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
