      Avantages

      If you love startups, this is the place to work. The work is challenging and fast-paced. Recently, the company decided to pivot (as most startups do) and focus on a single platform (Salesforce) which has added clarity and focus to the whole organization. I’ve been with the company for over a year and there is more excitement and drive now than ever before.

      Inconvénients

      This is a start-up, if you are coming from a large, well-established company, you may be in for a bit of a shock with the speed the company moves.

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      Inconvénients

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
