      Podría mejorar la transmisión de información, tener gente que pueda resolver dudas en cuanto a RRHH y contratos se trata. La actitud de alguna parte del equipo podría mejorar

      Avantages

      You get paid on time every time.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not comparable to plants that surround it. Management is terrible and the turnover rate is terrible. Even 20 year veterans won't work for the current plant manager anymore.
