Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Company owner is very receptive to new ideas, overall team cohesion is pretty good and morale is excellent.
Inconvénients
Being a small company does have some additional challenges, in particular having to be pulled away from work occasionally to do other somewhat related stuff i.e. "wearing many hats".
