      - Leader in the lighting domain, with continuous effort for brain storming innovative ideas. - Good for fresher to get exposure in a steady manner.

      Inconvénients

      - A lot of organisation restructuring has happened after the parent company split(Philips). - The salaries are below market standard

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Inconvénients

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
