Philips KSA had turbulent time when JV happened. With new leadership onboard we see and feel positive change. HR helped with a new friendly happy positive environment.

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Inconvénients
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
