      Avantages

      Mon-Fri am schedule. Easy to work around school schedules for children. Good co-workers. Simple work routines to follow.

      Inconvénients

      Not strong on training or evaluations. Kind of jump in and learn it on the go. Not well defined objectives or goals to reach towards....just hurry up and do your best. Not a lot of advancement opportunities.

      Avantages

      Family owned. Small company that takes care of it's employees. Always looking to do things better to serve their clients to the best value possible. Travel opportunities with the camping season every summer.

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of advancement opportunities. Low on the pay scale compared to like companies. To be full time you must be available to travel every summer.

      Small company and they feed you.

      Inconvénients

      EVERYONE WANTS TO BE IN CHARGE. Too many indians and not enough chiefs. The owner is checked out and he allows the women in the office to have way too much control.
