      Avantages

      SwipedOn is a really exciting, fast-growth company that has solid management driving it in the right direction. The culture that is being fostered in the company is fantastic - we are people focussed and know how to get stuff done while having fun doing it!

      Inconvénients

      The growth is sometimes so fast that there's not enough room for everybody in the office!

      Amazing team of smart, supportive people who truly care about the work and each other. Leadership is solid and approachable, creating an environment where ideas are heard and good work gets recognized. It’s been great to see so many people here grow and advance in their careers. The product is genuinely strong and something to be proud of. Overall, it’s a place where you feel valued and know the work you do makes an impact.

      Fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly — but it keeps things interesting.

      Co workers. AI tools. Best in class

      Inconvénients

      Literally everything else No career growth No educational opportunities. They brag about “campus” but that IT product training. Incredibly toxic Constant change, which is sometimes good. Inside politics Conservative company Tight with money. will invest in some technology, but not people Marketing Team as big as the sales team with very little results to show Poor implementation Poor support Crappy culture Poor communication Bad alignment Siloed departments
