It’s a fast-growing startup! The work is complex and interesting, and there’s space to take ownership of features from start to finish. The design team is phenomenal and collaborative; there’s more creative support here than I’ve had at any other point in my career. The product designers are embedded into small “working pods” of engineers, so we get to work hand-in-hand with the engineers we’re building products with. Design is viewed as a core piece of the puzzle, we’re not brought in at the end to put lipstick on a pig. Our product is great, and the business is doing super well.
