5yThank you for your feedback. We are always looking for feedback from our employees on how we can do better. We recently ran an employee engagement survey and took immediate actions based on the feedback we heard to address the big concerns we heard there. In that survey, we saw that our employees are generally content with our company’s response to COVID but that it can be a challenge to separate work and personal time when you work at home/live at work. We will continue to listen to feedback on how we can help people create these boundaries for themselves and take appropriate actions.
We are extremely proud of our product and love that we continue to innovate and improve it every day. We make updates to our product on a rolling basis because there are always things we see in it that we want to add and improve. We are winning customers over with our ease of use, faster time to insights, and by leveraging the newest technologies in the marketplace.
Thank you for your feedback on our culture - I’m sorry that it didn’t always work for you. We have a leadership team with a lot of experience building teams and growing a company. They are making decisions with empathy for our customers and our employees. That being said, one of our values is to always Aim for Greatness and we welcome the opportunity to hear more about your experience so that we can continue to learn and grow.
