      Avantages

      - Very good place to kick start career in Automotive domain that has always been in forefront of innovation and developing cutting edge technologies, embedded software has grown enormous prominence post Autonomous cars, IoT, development in embedded devices and platforms and off course now ML. - Right from regional head to program managers, the vertical and horizontal structure is free environment, where ideas can be exchanged, ownership to work on tasks can be taken up by anyone. - As mentioned you can work here to code, test some cutting edge stuff at the same time being in small company there is a good scope for 360 degree development. - Overall a great company to work

      Inconvénients

      - Software requirements documentation can be improved. - Employees often work in different projects at same time (depending on availability) sometimes that creates challenges with resource assignments.
