We hear your concern that it can sometimes feel like there is no clear direction for our product line. While we do have a clear strategy on how to win via our Product Roadmap, we recognize that we can definitely do a better job of sharing this with everyone. That being said, we do not want to sacrifice on speed (including speed in making necessary changes), as that is what will help us win in this rapidly changing times. This agility is crucial for our success. While it brings along a degree of uncertainty, that's the beauty of it all, as we continue navigating it together.
On your concerns about career growth, we take this seriously and want to ensure all ShopBackers feel supported in their professional development. We do have growth frameworks in place, and we are hyper focused on ensuring ShopBackers grow alongside the company. We encourage you to have continuous conversations about your career with your Manager, such that they can help align your growth objectives with the opportunities available within the company.
