      Learning opportunities, helpful coworkers, travel, company car, flexible, structured promotions, recognitions

      Inconvénients

      Too much travel sometimes, boy's club management, politics and optics in the exec level, politically motivated demotions, the new president, some managers are stuck in their old ways, old school processes

      Company car in Southern California (but should be obvious with field position)

      Inconvénients

      Uncommunicative sales personnel, toxic environment from manager to actual sales people
