      The company knows how to make money

      Inconvénients

      No formal training for managers, leading to favoritism and unprofessional behaviors. Dissention between departments instead of cooperation which is tolerated and even supported by management. Distrust of customers and inflexibility when considering customer's needs. It's all about squeezing out the next dollar.
