God for people who are closed to employees who are close to masters in NL.

Too much politics, people from previous consulting companies who provided support and were close to guys from NL are now controlling the organization with their gang. They hired more of their friends and relatives. There is no culture in this organization. They are keep on changing structure of company again and again. They tried to copy structure of IT consulting companies and created a mess. They have made layers and differences within organization. There is one Business IT and one 'billable IT' who reports to Business IT in paper and resource manager type of line managers determines their fate. There is no growth in technical knowledge as there is zero inhouse development. People with technical aspirations should never join this organization as they will end up being good for nothing. Very bad payment structure, on paper Salary looks high but Salary structure is designed such a way that employee will end up paying taxes to government. No LTA, no NPS. etc. Medical insurance is very bad and expensive. Parents medical insurance premium is even more than market value. Too much politics, lobbying and uncertainty. After some time your job may disappear and only available option will be to apply in an inner opening , if available, otherwise you will ask to leave. They do not even know how to cross train and retail employees by giving them opportunity to work in other domain. Most of the technical and managerial work are still owned by external consultants/ contractors. ZERO on site opportunity.
