      Ok salary and benefits for employees

      Inconvénients

      Things changed since new CEO took over, recently concluded re-org which was not handled properly. Shell is as such known for changes but last re-org was the worst and lot of colleagues across the globe lost job due to this.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
