      Flexible office hours, unlimited contract, great team-leader (but I might just be lucky :))

      Inconvénients

      Lack of benefits, not competitive salary, lots of "empty positions" - people who basically just sits on chair while their knowledge is zero

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
