      Avantages

      Worked nearly 15 years for Shell and had some great experiences and some good leadership. Opportunity for advancement is mostly tied to your contacts and relationships. And that`s unfortunate as performance and execution is secondary.Generally, good work-life balance and compensation however politics is ubiquitous.

      Inconvénients

      As indicated prior, promotion is mostly tied to your contacts hence advancement is limited if relationships are not forged early and one does not buy into relationship management.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
