The laziness - they like to leave things to the last minute and then panic If you are a qualified individual who knows what a project plan looks like do not join this company. This place should come with a your mental health is at risk warning. I’ve seen people in tears, I know people who have been planning their exit for some time. Its ok if you want to stare out the window for half the day but work needs to be done and when the drama hits the fan watch for finger pointing to be happen. I have had such a horrible experience working for this company. I am trying to leave and when that Glorious day comes I promise you this I will not go back.
