      Great benefits. Flexible work schedule in certain groups. Safety 1st culture. Many departments to potentially work in. Self driven development.

      Inconvénients

      Too many undeserved hirings/promotions for the sake of diversity. Extremely subjective bonus determinations. Targeting youth and eliminating experience.
