      Avantages

      Good company with great benefits. Good communication in regards to company status and strategy. Good work/life balance but that is dependent on your manager.

      Political, like I'm sure several companies. All in who you know.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
