      Inconvénients

      High pressure environment to produce. Large fluctuations in monthly income. Poor communication from upper leadership. Minimal benefits.

      They offer a fair and competitive wage.

      Inconvénients

      SPG is a DSO with below average management and organization. The company offered little to no training or support to administrative staff. They do not know or follow the company policies outlined in the handbook and show no value for work/life balance. SPG has unethical sales practices. SPG is has an extremely unprofessional communication system. I would not recommend this company as it was truly the worst experience I've ever had.
