      Opportunity to lead and drive impactful projects. Supportive colleagues who are hardworking and collaborative. Exposure to various business units and industries within the company’s ecosystem.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of clear career progression for high-performing employees. Inconsistent communication regarding organizational changes and role alignments. Zero recognition for contributions, especially for leadership roles taken on an interim basis. Challenging work-life balance due to multiple responsibilities.
