      Avantages

      The people. They will support you in any situations. I learned a lot and will always be grateful.

      Inconvénients

      The package is low compared to other companies and it's one of the biggest reason they're loosing many talent. Difficult to built suitable teams when the people you train and coach will go somewhere else once they're efficient.

      If you don’t want to advance your career it’s a good place to be.

      Inconvénients

      There are no raises for employees regardless of performance. There’s a high turnover with counselor and admin positions
