      Working with old-timer is challenging. Poor project management that leads to procrastination. Always rushing to complete things at the very last minute. Stressful when boss is indecisive and set unreasonable deadline.

      Avantages

      For support roles, work can usually be done on-site or remotely. It's quite relaxed, as the boss doesn't micromanage or spoon-feed you. When there are no urgent issues, you can leave the office after 3 pm to work on your side-hustle or pursue outside employment. Life will be good if you build a strong rapport with senior staff and the boss. Learn and work on a variety of projects for your portfolio and use them as a stepping stone for your next job.       Inconvénients

      Need to work on last Saturday of the month. Communication can be challenging when working with multinational team when complex issues arises. High turnover rate for support staffs
